SWEDISH MASSAGE: Swedish massage is beneficial for stress reduction, pain management, lowering anxiety and depression, increased blood flow, increased flexibility, and in helping improve the immune system by lowering the level of the stress hormone called cortisol. Swedish therapeutic massage helps eliminate tension and migraine headaches, upper and lower back pain, cervical pain, while calming the mind, body and nervous system for better mood, better sleep, and less pain to deal with.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE: A deep tissue massage can be a full body massage, or the focus may only be on the area you are having pain and/or restriction with your range of motion. After the muscles are warmed up, the pressure will increase to work deeply into your problem areas. This type of work involves using finger tips, knuckles, palms, as well as forearms and elbows to increase the pressure. You should experience a fair amount of soreness following a deep tissue massage. After your massage, your body will continue with its own healing process for a full 24 hours. Drinking plenty of water to flush out the released toxins after a massage is crucial.

TRIGGER POINT THERAPY MASSAGE: Trigger point therapeutic massage is specifically designed to alleviate the source of pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release. Trigger points are tight areas within the muscle fibers and tissue that will refer pain to other parts of the body. For example, a pain in your neck may be a referral pain from a trigger point in your upper back. MYOFASCIAL RELEASE MASSAGE: Improves muscle soreness, helps with joint range of motion, relieves joint stress, and increases blood flow.

PRENATAL MASSAGE: Prenatal massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy. PreNatal massage therapy helps to relieve headaches, backaches, leg cramps, swelling, as well as a stiff upper back, neck and shoulders. Prenatal massage can also improve sleep and mood, while decreasing stress .
